The Suites

The Suites at Pannells Ash is a small bed and breakfast with three spacious, ground-floor suites arranged around a peaceful courtyard — each ensuite. The feeling is simple and considered — shaped by soft natural light, meadow views, and thoughtful details that make settling in effortless.

Breakfast, delivered — calm and considered

Mornings at Pannells Ash begin quietly. Your complimentary continental-style breakfast is delivered to your suite at a time you choose, so you can take it slowly — still in your robe, still half-listening to the countryside beyond the courtyard. Expect warm pastries and toast, with everything else set up for an easy start (no dining room, no schedule — just a gentle beginning that stays yours).

Shared spaces (for all three suites)

Shared Guest Kitchen

Within the glazed link, there’s a fully equipped shared guest kitchen available for all three suites — complete with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge freezer. An iron and ironing board are also available here (particularly handy for wedding weekends).

Courtyard Seating

Step outside for coffee, breakfast, or a quiet moment between plans — courtyard tables and chairs are available for all three suites (ideal for that first cup in the fresh air).

An outdoor soak with open views

Set in a secluded part of the garden, the hot tub looks out across the seasonal meadow and open countryside. It comes into its own as the light softens and the day quietens, with candle lamps lighting the way. Available as an optional add-on for exclusive use, booking in advance is required.
