A calm base for the celebrations
Weddings move to their own rhythm — arrivals and ceremony times, speeches and late evenings, then the softer pace of the morning after. Pannells Ash gives you somewhere to come back to that feels composed and settled: a quiet courtyard to step into, your own suite to close the door on the day, and shared spaces close by when it helps, so everything stays smooth from start to finish.
What works especially well for wedding stays:

Wedding-stay logistics
Check-in: 14:00–21:00 (if you’re hoping to arrive earlier — please enquire in advance)
Check-out: by 10:00 (departures may be from 06:30 if you need an early start)
Parking: one space per suite adjacent to the driveway; please do not park within the courtyard
Practicalities: While we’re just over a mile from Hedingham Castle, the lanes between here and the village are without pavements, so walking isn’t recommended. We suggest driving, or booking a local taxi several weeks in advance to avoid disappointment, as availability can be limited in a small rural community. We’re happy to share trusted numbers on request.
